The bead netting technique is a beadweaving technique that is quite easy to learn and works up very fast. You can use just seed beads or mix them with other beads (I mixed with rondelle beads for this tutorial), in one colour, size or different colours and sizes.
Materials
1. 10/0 sead beads(SB)
2. 4mm rondelle crystals(CR)
3. 0.3mm beading thread
4. Beading needle
Step1: Cut a comfortable length beading thread and thread one end unto a needle. Add a stop bead to the other end leaving about 2inches of thread to weave in later on.
Step2: Pick a number of seed beads and pass needle back through all of them a couple of times to form a circle (Pick your clasp if not using jumprings or using a closed jump ring)
Step3: Pick 6SBs and pass needle through the next sb of the previous circle and the 1st seed bead just picked in this step
Step4: Pass needle back through the next 3SBs
Step5: If you wish, you may pick 5SBs and repeat step 4 or go straight to step 6
You can also repeat this step 5 a number of times but make sure you do exactly the same thing at the other end
Step6: Pick 1CR+4SB+1CR+4SB+1CR+4SB+1CR+1SB
Step7: Pass your needle back through the last added CR(skipping the last SB)
Step8: Pick 4SB+1CR+4SB, skip 1CR and go through the next CR
Step9: To go back down, pick 3SB+1CR+4SB and go through the next CR
Step10: 4SB+1CR+4SB, skip 1 CR and pass through the next CR(The one pointing out)
Step11: 4SB+1CR+1SB and pass your needle through the last added CR
Step12: 4SB+1CR+4SB, skip 1 CR and pass through the next CR(The one pointing out)
Repeat step12 one more time.
Keep repeating steps 9 to 12 till you get to your desired length
Step13: Repeat steps 5 to 1(i.e repeat what you did in steps 1 to 5)
Happy beading and do remember to drop your comments:)
