The Abuja connection beaded necklace has two varieties, one known as the old Abuja connection beaded necklace and the other, the new Abuja connection beaded necklace. I made a post about the old abuja connection beaded necklace here.
This design is very elegant and quite easy to make. The first layer is made using the double needle right angle technique. I have only made three layers because I personally don't like my necklace to be too big. However, you can make it up to as many layers as you want :)
I used a total of 117, 8mm rondelle crystal beads and my necklace measures 18.5 inches without the clasp.
